The Social Work Collective runs on an enrollment basis so members can connect and feel consistently supported, there are minimal intakes throughout the year to ensure the best service for you

Are you ready to become a calm and confident social worker?

The collective is a monthly membership for students and new social workers offering a treasure trove of resources, a tight-knit private community and interactive live Q&A sessions to skyrocket your confidence and navigate the challenges of your first year with ease.

Learning Hub

This is a learning hub with new resources added every month to help you develop confidence on your home visits, complete high quality assessments, and manage meetings effectively.

Live Q&As

Live Q&A’s mean you get bespoke mentoring and support, responses to your biggest challenges, direct work ideas and inspiration and real time troubleshooting and solutions.

Trainings

With an abundance of trainings you won't be without. From someone who has been there, done it and got the T-Shirt. Learn from someone who has been in your position with over X hours of training.

Support

The Collective is a unique membership for new social workers with a growing supportive community who want to get through their first year without burnout, and build practice skills for confidence and career progress.

The Collective is for you if:

  • You are a newly qualified social worker in children's services

  • You are a student social worker or apprentice on practice placement

  • You are a passionate and caring individual who wants to develop skills for practice

  • You want to access high quality bite-size training at your own pace

  • You often feel overwhelmed by information and lacking in confidence

  • You want to connect with like-minded social workers who are here for realistic positivity - (instead of toxic positivity)

What changes when you feel confident and calm?

You stop dreading Mondays

02.

You put in clear boundaries with others
